Newsboob is a news player I made for myself that does not track you, serve internet ads, or show “skip button”–style video ads. It is a player for international news in the style of the old-school internet.
Scan mode changes the channel every 30 seconds. Activate it with the Scan button in the upper-right corner or press “S,” or click START and change the channel with the right or left arrow. Up and down changes volume; Spacebar mutes. “C” closes or opens the channel drawer, “F” toggles full screen, and “R” reloads the video if it gets stuck.
This service is free, legal, and not evil. I made it to escape the bubble with another bubble. I’m sharing so I won’t be the only one boobing out in front of it.
