Source & construction

Published recordings and transcript cues are unchanged. The prologue and three book recordings run on one continuous time index. The drawings are explanatory constructions, not measured physical data.

The Vector Equilibrium has twelve vertices, twenty-four equal edges, eight triangular faces and six square openings. The rigid-face jitterbug passes through the icosahedron and octahedron; a numerically constrained, fixed-edge fold continues to the tetrahedron. This is a geometric linkage animation, not a dynamics simulation.
